  • Neo-Industrial Elegance: The facility’s exterior features steel and glass, evoking a modern hangar aesthetic. Inside, clean lines, exposed beams, and muted natural tones reflect simplicity, while smart modular units clad in wood and polished concrete add warmth.
  • Layered Ecosystems: Multi-level platforms and floating mezzanines wrap around courts, creating intimate "nodes" for socializing, spectating, and training. Each level offers curated views of gameplay, fostering connectivity between athletes and audiences.
  • Sports Resort Clubhouse: At the heart lies a resort-style clubhouse with lounge areas, co-working spaces, and a farm-to-table bistro. Floor-to-ceiling glass opens to courtyards with hanging gardens and zen water features, blending indoor-outdoor fluidity.
